9am: Grab breakfast from Oak Commons
On your own time: Explore ranch (See activities here)
10am-2pm: Set up at Dining Hall
4pm: Wedding Ceremony at Outdoor Chapel
5pm: Cocktail hour & games at Outdoor Pavilion
6pm-12am: Dinner & dancing at Dining Hall
Sunday - December 17th
9-11am: Tear down, clean up at Dining Hall and Oak Commons (Coffee and Baked Goods provided)
12pm: Check-out at John Knox Ranch
